Premium Feature Data Store
ArcGIS Online organisations can upgrade to a Premium Feature Data Store subscription to improve the performance of heavy and concurrent querying, editing, analysing, data exploring, publishing, or read/write workloads. Performance improvements may also be seen in large transfers of data between ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online. Select the Premium Feature Data Store (M1, M2, or M3) that meets your organisation's needs.
Frequently asked questions
How do I implement a Premium Feature Data Store?
After purchase, your organisation will automatically be upgraded with Premium capabilities. No further action is needed.
How can I tell what Feature Data Store subscription my organisation has?
Administrators can see this information on the Organisation page in the Overview tab.
What happens if our Premium Feature Data Store subscription expires?
If you don't renew your subscription, the Premium Feature Data Store will automatically revert to the Standard Feature Data Store, and the storage-credit model will resume.
Can I move between different levels of Premium Feature Data Store and between Standard and Premium Data Stores?
Yes, migration from Standard to Premium, between Premium levels, and from Premium back to Standard can happen at any time with a minimum billing period of 30 days.
Under what circumstances will I see performance improvements with a Premium Feature Data Store?
For normal workloads, a Premium Feature Data Store will not improve performance. It will improve performance for intense feature layer workflows including heavy and concurrent querying, editing, analysing, data exploring, publishing, or read/write workloads and large transfers of data between ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online.
