Esri Ireland appoints Andreea Buchila as Professional Services Customer Success Manager

• Manage customer relationships to provide best-in-class GIS services 
• Work closely with client managers to define software and service offerings that provide bespoke solutions to customers’ business challenges 
• Oversee project delivery for some of Esri Ireland’s key accounts 

Esri Ireland, the market leader in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), is today announcing the appointment of Andreea Buchila as Professional Services Customer Success Manager. 

In this new position, Andreea will play a key role in managing customer relationships for Esri Ireland. She will work closely with client managers to define software and service offerings that provide bespoke solutions to customers’ business challenges. She will also oversee project delivery for some of Esri Ireland’s key accounts.

Andreea joined Esri Ireland in 2022 as GIS Project Manager. In this role, she gained invaluable experience in project management and delivering tailored solutions to customers.

Prior to this, Andreea spent 18 years at Reliable Security Products Ltd., most recently as Sales and Marketing Manager. Here, she was responsible for managing the sales team, maintaining the company’s business and accounting software, and developing and implementing the company’s marketing strategy.

Andreea holds an MSc in iBusiness – Innovation Through ICT from UCD. She is also a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner. 

Speaking on her appointment, Andreea Buchila said: “I am delighted to move into the role of Customer Success Manager for Professional Services. I will work closely with customers to deliver solutions that will help them to grow and thrive, leveraging a blend of communication skills, commercial awareness, and team management experience.
