Paul is a qualified land surveyor, holds an MBA from Henley Business School (via Irish Management Institute) and is a qualified Executive Coach with senior practitioner accreditation from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). Paul is a current member of the IMI (Irish Management Institute) Council.

Andrew Rea
Andrew is a proven leader with over 35 years in the IT industry and over 25 years leading professional services delivery teams. Andrew is responsible for our Professionals Services function.
Andrew brings a passion for professional services, people and customer success to his role and holds an MBA from Henley Business School. Andrew is also a European Mentoring and Coaching Council Executive Coach, with senior practitioner level accreditation.
Head of Marketing
Joanne McLaughlin
Joanne is an experienced strategic and digital communications practitioner. A member of the team since 2006, Joanne is responsible for Esri Ireland's communications, marketing & PR strategy and also leads our Great Place to Work Initiative.
Along with 24 years experience in Marketing, Joanne is a qualified executive coach and has completed both the 'Senior Executive Program' and 'Taking the Lead - Women in Leadership' Program at the Irish Management Institute.
Head of Sales
Dermot O'Kane
Dermot is responsible for our sales growth and the development of our sales team. He is highly motivated & passionate about the benefits that location intelligence offers our customers. With nearly 20 years in the GI industry, Dermot brings a commercial, yet customer focussed approach to engagements, which is underpinned by a win/win mindset, a disciplined strategic sales process and leadership skills to help deliver growth.
Dermot is a member of the Esri Ireland executive leadership team and has a passion for personal and team growth. He has background in Business Studies and holds an MSc in Geographic Information Systems.
Head of Customer Engagement
Michael Byrne
Michael has ownership for the continued development of Esri Ireland’s customer success principles and processes, focused on delivering a consistent experience for our customers across all parts of the business. Michael believes that by helping to understand where things happen, and analysing why (through the science of where and the science of human behaviour), we can help to make the world a better place.
Michael is a qualified Executive Coach, is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), and holds a HDip in Psychology (Dublin Business School).
Chief Technical Officer
Eamonn Doyle
Eamonn is a CTO and an IT professional with particular expertise in Geographic Information Systems, Digital Mapping, Web Mapping, Data Analytics. Eamonn is a long serving member of Esri Ireland executive leadership and is a key member of the Esri Ireland & UK Technical Design Authority.
Every organisation has a certain “geography” to its operations. Many organisations are now choosing to exploit this geography for business benefit. Eamonn's goal is to help those organisations apply Esri technology in such a way as to get the maximum business benefit.

Eoin Ryan
Eoin is responsible for all Esri Ireland managed services offerings to our customers, delivering a range of service offerings including the end to end management of customers enterprise GIS environments.
Eoin is a key member of the Esri Ireland executive leadership team. Eoin has many years of experience in the delivery of complex projects and services on time, quality and on budget.
Head of Technology
Robert Morrison
Rob has overall accountability for the application of Esri technology to the solutions provided by Esri Ireland and supports our customers’ in doing the same. As the senior technical executive, he provides strategic direction, mentorship, guidance, and technical expertise to Esri Ireland’s and our customers’ technical teams. He believes in setting a clear technological vision and then empowering teams to achieve this.
With almost 40 years experience in the Geospatial industry, gained across many sectors and locations around the world, Rob is passionate about using GIS to solve real world problems. Rob holds a MSc in Business from UCD. With vast technical and business experience he aligns GIS-related technology initiatives to drive business growth.
