About our Case Studies
| In any case study it is important to distinguish between the subject
and the object of the study. In the majority of our case studies the
subject is our customer but occasionally we will select a topic or theme
as the subject matter. The object of our case studies is one that
focuses on benefits and results. The purpose of our case studies
is primarily one of evaluation where we seek to work with the customer
to assess, explore and evaluate the benefits that they have enjoyed as a
result of their use and application of GIS. Our approach is to engage
the customer in a series of interviews which are carried out by a 3rd
party who has no intimate knowledge of the customer, their business or
their needs. In this way data that is collected is objectively
reviewed, analysed and presented back to the customer for further
refinement. | |
Celebrating our Customers Success
Each year we collaborate with customers to celebrate their work. Through their customer successes a common thread is emerging that goes beyond GIS funcationality and features, and focuses on the real value of GI; proving significant metrics in terms of ROI and becoming an integral part of an organisations future business strategy.
