Map Submission Guidelines

A poster is a cartographic product that may include more than one actual map.
The poster should be no larger than 594mm x 841mm in size

Posters will be accepted in the following formats:

• .pdf (include all fonts or convert to outlines)
• .tiff
• .jpg
• .bmo
• .ai (include all fonts or convert to outlines)

Entries must include the following information:

• Author(s)#
• Organisation
• E-mail
• Phone Number
• Title of map
• About this map
• What ESRI Software was used to make this map?
