Lower costs through Strategic Training Agreements
An Education & Learning Training Agreement (ELTA) is a contract wherein your organisation can make an annual payment to Esri Ireland in exchange for ELTA Credits to be used against Esri Ireland's training service offerings. We can demonstrate savings of up to 65% for customers who have engaged with us in this manner.
An ELTA is typically executed as a “site” license that permits the customer organisation to utilize "ELTA Credits" to access our training services. An "ELTA Credit" is essentially equal to one day of training, with premiums for non-scheduled training. The term of the agreement is typically one year, renewable annually thereafter. This 12 month agreement covers the instructor led training courses that are delivered in our Learning Centre in Dublin, Belfast or subject to agreement onsite at the customer’s premises, whilst also providing access to our task-based training capability. Amongst the benefits are lower cost per head for training, complete flexibility, reduced administrative costs, and a strategic relationship with Esri Ireland and with Esri.
Training Guarantee
Esri Ireland is commitment to serving you, our customers, to ensure that you are getting the most value from our training before, during and after the course takes place. We make a firm commitment to call each training customer after each course. Our trainer will be happy to answer any questions they may have relating to the training received. There is also an option to re-take the course within 6 months of the original date free of charge (subject to availability).
Manual Re-Use Policy
In support of our corporate commitment to minimising our impact on the environment we constantly strive to reduce the amount of paper we use across our business. In light of this we have moved to a policy of re-using course materials in all of our training courses. Esri Ireland provide students with hard copy course materials at the start of each training course and will collect them again at the end of each training course for re-use on the next course. Digital copies of the relevant course materials are provided to all students prior to each course, which they can use during and after the training sessions.
