Adding Value and Reducing Cost

We offer added value in our Training Services for you in a number of different ways -

Lower costs through Strategic Training Agreements

An Education & Learning Training Agreement (ELTA) offers an organisation the opportunity contract make an annual payment to ESRI Ireland for a specified period of time in exchange for unlimited access to participating ESRI Certified and Authorised Training courses.

An ELTA is typically executed as a “site” license that permits the customer organisation to send an unlimited number of staff on scheduled ESRI training courses, as per our half yearly training schedules. The term of the agreement is typically one year, renewable annually thereafter.  This 12 month agreement only covers courses that are delivered in our Learning Centre in Dublin or onsite at the customer’s premises, where the customer has the appropriate facilities to enable us to deliver the training.   Among the benefits are reduced administrative costs, flexibility and uncapped staff training.

Training Guarantee

ESRI Ireland is commitment to serving you, our customers.  This ensures that our training customers are getting the most value from our training before, during and after the course takes place. We make a firm commitment to call each training customer after the course takes place. The Trainer will be happy to answer any questions they may have relating to the course.  There is also an option to re-take the course within 6 months of the original date free of charge*
*Subject to availability.

Manual Re-Use Policy

In support of our corporate commitment to minimising our impact on the environment we constantly strive to reduce the amount of paper we use across our business.  In light of this we have moved to a policy of re-using Course Materials in all of our training courses.  ESRI Ireland provide students with hard copy Course Materials at the start of each training course and will collect them again at the end of each training course for re-use on the next course.  Instead digital copies of the relevant course materials are provided to all students, which they can use.
