Bespoke Application Support
In addition to the product support Technical Support is available for applications that have been developed by Esri Ireland. Bespoke applicaiton support is facilitated through a formal Technical Support Agreement (TSA). Generally a TSA will be proposed by Esri Ireland as part of the development of a bespoke application. Ad-hoc Consultancy Support
We recognise that from time to time our customers will need access to our resource pool to assist them with certain aspects of their GIS Implementations. In light of this we have introduced our Consultancy Level Sservice Agreement (C-SLA). Under the C-SLA we guarantee you a flexible and responsive mechanism for accessing our pool of highly skilled GIS resources, at a composite day rate that reflects the timeframe in which you need them.
