ESRI Support Centre

The ESRI Support gateway highlights all the ways you can contact ESRI Technical Support for help. It is search-centric and tightly coupled with the Resource Centre (http://resources.esri.com/). It provides all of the information that is relevant to you on a daily basis such as announcements, common issues and support resources, whilst also showcasing some new community-oriented features (e.g.: Support Blog, WikiGIS, ArcGIS Ideas).

The ESRI Resource Centre enables you to access a rich set of product, function, user community and solutions resources.

In addition to the ESRI Support Centre and ESRI Resource Centre, there are a number of additional ways in which you can contact ESRI Ireland directly depending on your requirements for support:

2. Log a Technical Support Call on any of ESRI's core software products

As part of the benefits and entitlements for investing in the ArcGIs Maintenance Program; you can log a core product support call with our team through the following channels:

  1. Telephone - +353 (0)1 8693900 and ask for Technical Support
  2. Email - You can email your query  to support@esri-ireland.ie
  3. On Line - fill out the support form here

3. Bespoke Application Support

In addition to the product support Technical Support is available for applications that have been developed by ESRI Ireland. Bespoke applicaiton support is facilitated through a formal Technical Support Agreement (TSA). Generally a TSA will be proposed by ESRI Ireland as part of the development of a bespoke application. 4. Ad-hoc Consultancy Support

We recognise that from time to time our customers will need access to our resource pool to assist them with certain aspects of their GIS Implementations. In light of this we have introduced our Consultancy Level Sservice Agreement (C-SLA). Under the C-SLA we guarantee you a flexible and responsive mechanism for accessing our pool of highly skilled GIS resources, at a composite day rate that reflects the timeframe in which you need them.
