Our vision reinforces the importance of the “customer” in our strategic and future thinking. It also reinforces the value of knowledge, knowhow, expertise and skill in the use and application of “geographic information”. The emphasis on “indispensable” reflects the belief that we have in what it is we do and moreover underpins a strategy of being more than just a supplier to our customers. For what we do to become an indispensable part of what our customers do will require us to work in continued partnership with our customers with a strong focus on their success. The focus on “decision making processes” further strengthens this partnership approach and puts greater emphasis on the need for us to continue to develop domain expertise in certain markets or industries as well as demonstrating a greater understanding of our customers businesses.
