Celebrating our Customers Success
Each year we collaborate with customers to celebrate their work. Through their customer successes a common thread is emerging that goes beyond GIS funcationality and features, and focuses on the real value of GI; proving significant metrics in terms of ROI and becoming an integral part of an organisations future business strategy.
In celebration of these success stories we have produced a digital book "Celebrating your Customer Journey". It includes 15 unique case studies from customers across a wide range of industry sectors; what their business challenge was and how GI helped them in overcoming these challenges.

"GI Spotlight" contains news, views and insights for the GIS Professional where we hope to keep you in the picture as to the latest exciting developments in GIS. It used to be that annual events in Dublin and Belfast were enough to keep our Users up to date with the exciting possabilities offered by ArcGIS, but this is no longer the case and we now feel that we need to keep in more regular contact.
This e-communication will feature the insights from Eamonn Doyle, our CTO, global technology updates from Esri Inc, technology tips and tricks as well and local news stories of the practical application of GI for better decision making.

"Local Government Focus" is our Local Government E-Newsletter publication which we would like to use as a mechanism to keep in touch and inform you on how Councils are using GIS to “do better with less”.
Over recent months we have been in contact with many of you to understand how GIS is currently been utilised and to understand the issues and results at the top of your agenda. We have been encouraged by these sessions and against an economic backdrop of uncertainty and public sector cutbacks, it is both encouraging and exciting to see how local authorities are improving services and reducing costs through the use of GIS. The feedback received to date indicates a shift in focus, people are less interested in technology but more about understanding the return on investment to be gained from the technology.
ThinkGIS is a three times yearly in-house publication which features a dedicated Esri Ireland section, full of interesting stories from customers throughout the country, and how they are using GI for better decision making.
