As you may recall we recently completed our first Customer Satisfaction Survey with the objective of measuring what is important to you in your dealings with ESRI Ireland; understanding how well we are listening to your needs; and identifying ways to improve our overall performance.
Based on your responses, we have recently tasked Michael Byrne, who previously headed up our Professional Services team, with leading our Customer Services Development Program – a range of measures to enable you access to our people and services, and to provide you with greater value for money for your investment with ESRI Ireland. Michael will be actively leading our on-going customer engagement program to listen to you and to find out how we can help deliver better service.
